My favorite things about being Jewish are the community and all the fun experiences – I love being part of a larger community and gathering to have a nice time together. To me, becoming a bar mitzvah means that I am finally a true adult in Jewish society – that I can lead the congregation in prayer and participate in more parts of the Jewish community. While studying for my bar mitzvah, I learned how much work it takes to develop a work ethic.

For my mitzvah project, I am planning to team up with a non-profit organization and work with them to design hoodies through the company I run, and will donate all proceeds from the sale of those hoodies.

I plan to keep learning about and living my Judaism by continuing to participate in Jewish activities all around the world.
